I tend to think outside the box. I see solutions multiple different outcomes. Nothing is impossible.
The most important thing in my life is my daughter I love spending time with her doing anything and everything. I love to code first and formost not sure how it took me this long in life to realize this. I also like to cook and bake in my spare time. I play some a few different MMO's. I feel it is important to keep InTouch with nature and outdoor activities too.
I worked as a mechanic though high school and for a few years after I graduated. I went into construction and worked on commercial buildings and residential projects for years. Then, took a month and helped build a log cabin in Utah. Got tired of working outside and went to school to get a degree and start a new path with AutoCAD and led me to Titan Formwork where I have forged a career and moving on to software development within Titan.
Manage shipping equipment to and from over hundreds of construction sites. Break out all shipments to billable quantities to match sales proposals. Forecast equipment and advise on new purchases. Boots on the ground IT guy and general go to guy. Developed a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program for company use. Forged a thriving R & D department within Titan.
Created Construction drawings, layout drawings for Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, AJ and Florence. Worked with Sales team and Layout team. Designed and sent to construction over 3,400 pools a year.
Did some TI's (Tennent Improvement), Steel framed Two houses in Fountain Hills Arizona and built a Log Cabin in Utah. I was doing Electrical, Plumping, Steel Framing, Drywall, Tile, Cabinet insulation, Counter Top installation did whatever needed to be done.
I am learning the following curriculum that covers a full-stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Java, Bootstrap, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Database Theory, Bookshelf.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Command Line, and Git.
This program prepares learners with the necessary skills for the many architectural design career options in the construction industry. Learners will gain knowledge in and employ the principles of residential and light commercial design through completion of authentic projects. Energy conservation and sustainability concepts are incorporated throughout the program’s curriculum. Coursework includes introductory and advanced classes in design, presentation, construction technology, surveying, structural analysis, code interpretation, estimating and project management. Students will utilize various software programs including Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD), 3D Computer Modeling (SketchUp), Building Information Modeling (BIM – SoftPlan & Revit), Animation/Simulation and Energy Modeling.
